➤  If you have a hard time staying awake you can try some gentle physical exercises with your arms, hands, and feet (without moving your head). Here’s two examples:

(1) Flex and point your right foot 3 times; (2) repeat with the left foot; (3) then repeat with both feet together. This is one full repetition. Perform 5 repetitions in total.

(1) Slightly lift your left leg 3 times, so that your foot doesn’t touch the floor; (2) Repeat with the right leg. This is one full repetition. Perform 5 repetitions in total.

➤  After 2 minutes of such activities you should feel more alert. We suggest you to build a routine of different exercises and, if needed, ask your relative / helper to guide you through it.

➤  You can also ask your relative / helper to open a window so you can get some fresh air.

➤  Or you can ask your relative / helper to pick up something sweet for you to eat or drink.
